This Privacy Policy explains how Wander (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Wander app and https://wander.video.

2. Information we collect

  • Account data — such as email address, when you create an account.
  • Project data — routes, styles, and settings you create in the app, stored so you can reopen and export projects.
  • Purchase data — subscription status via Apple, Google, and our payments provider (e.g. RevenueCat). We do not receive your full payment card details.
  • Device and usage data — approximate diagnostics needed to run and improve the Service (for example crash reports, if enabled).
  • Support messages — content you send to support@wander.video.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide and improve Wander, process subscriptions, authenticate accounts, respond to support requests, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Sharing

We share data with service providers who help us operate the Service (for example hosting, authentication, analytics, and subscription management), only as needed for those purposes. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

5. Retention

We retain account and project data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion by contacting us; some records may be kept where legally required.

6. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Children

Wander is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact us to make a request.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
