1. Agreement
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Wander mobile application and the website at https://wander.video (together, the “Service”), operated by Wander (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
2. The Service
Wander lets you create animated map videos from travel routes. Features may change over time. Some features require a paid subscription (“Wander Pro”) purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to those stores’ terms.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us of unauthorised use.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt it, reverse engineer it except where permitted by law, or use it to infringe others’ rights. You retain ownership of content you create; you grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the Service.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed by Apple or Google according to the plan you choose. Refunds and cancellations are handled under the applicable store’s policies. Free tier limits may change with notice in the app or on this site.
6. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that exports will meet every platform’s requirements.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wander will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be indicated by updating the date above.
